We Gladly Accept Personal Checks
“I think I have raccoons in my attic!” We receive this call quite often.
When raccoons invade an attic and start nesting, our trained wildlife
control experts will determine how the raccoons are getting into the
attic and then remove the offending raccoon.
We will repair the hole that the raccoons created and offer our
“Animal Free Guarantee” that assures you that no other animal will
gain access to your home in that repaired area ever again.
We rarely place a trap for raccoons on the ground.
Any company that places a raccoon trap on the ground for an attic
dwelling raccoon does not have your best interest in mind. The trap
belongs IN the attic or ON the roof! We target and catch only the
raccoon in your attic and leave the wandering ground animals alone.
Raccoon Stuck In Chimney or Fireplace
“I have a raccoon stuck in my chimney!” Raccoons often decide to
nest in a chimney. The raccoon is not stuck in the chimney but it has
decided to make it an extended stay! Homeowners occasionally call
when there is a raccoon in their fireplace as well. These raccoons have
been living in the chimney and have entered the fireplace through an
With innovative raccoon removal techniques, our
raccoon removal experts will remove the raccoon and take it away.
We will then cap the chimney and extend to you our “Animal Free
Guarantee”, assuring that you will never have another animal enter
your chimney again.
“I hear chirping - like baby birds - and sometimes growling. What can
it be in there?” Many times we find that the noises homeowners are
attributing to birds are actually baby raccoons.
When we find that there are baby raccoons in an attic or chimney, we
first catch the mother raccoon and then extract the baby raccoons by
hand. The baby raccoons are then reunited with the mother (in our
cage!) and all are taken far awayfrom your home.
Skunks are one of our favorite animals to catch. We catch the skunks
in a live trap, also known as a cage trap. The skunks do not spray
when they are in our cages. The trapped skunks are taken far away
from your home and our skunk experts will advise you as to why the
skunks chose your home to live and also how to make sure that you
don’t have skunk issues in the future.
Skunks are looking for food and shelter. If your home is providing
either of these, we will advise you as to what needs to be done to
reduce the chances of another skunk taking up residence.
Bats in Michigan are commonly found roosting in attics and in the walls
of houses. These bats can be safely “evicted” without using toxic
chemicals or other illegal means.
Bat colonies are routinely evicted from houses through the use of
sealants and custom fit one way doors. The bats fly out, cannot get
back in, and cannot find any other opening to gain entry to your home.
The bats are then forced to seek shelter elsehwere, commonly with
another colony of bats already established.
Our bat experts have served eviction notice to thousands of bats
throughout Genesee County in the last 15 years. If you have bats in
your attic, call us today for an inspection. You will learn an incredible
amount about your home in the 90 minute inpection. There are
openings that the average homeowner has no idea about - but the bats
know all about! Find out where your homes weaknesses are today!
A lone bat in the bedroom, living room, or basement can be a terrifying
event. Not a single bat expert in this company wants a bat flying
around their room while they sleep! It’s no surprise that you don’t
either! Our bat experts can find and remove bats that are in the living
quarters of a house. Sometimes it is very difficult to locate the solitary
bat but it is always worth the time spent locating it.
Groundhog Under the Shed, in the Yard or Garden
Groundhogs are common outdoor nuisances in Genesee County.
They destroy gardens and kill many beautiful flowers. our groundhog
experts will locate the den or travelway and then take action to remove
the groundhog from your property.
We use very heavy duty cage style traps and we are very good at
catching and trapping groundhogs. If you are frustrated with
groundhogs, call us today. We will remove the groundhog from your
property and then advise you as to what can be done to discorage
other groundhogs in the upcoming years.
A groundhog is also known by some as a woodchuck! Woodchucks
can create yard damage, undermine foundations with their burrows,
and destroy flowers and vegetable gardens. Woodchucks sometimes
use the underside of sheds for their homes. Our trained woodchuck
trappers will eliminate the problem woodchuck in your yard!
Many homeowners have had squirrels in their attic. These squirrels
must constantly chew to maintain their health. Often times, household
wiring is chewed. This presents a major fire hazzard. Squirrels in attics
will also rip up the insulation and carry it to one spot to use as a nest.
We have seen entire attics stripped bare of fibergalss insulation
when squirrels have entered the attic! Our squirrel trapping experts
will trap the squirrels IN the attic, or on the roof to ensure that you are
paying only for the offending animals!
Advanced Wildlife Control LLC has a Journeyman Electrician
on staff who can explain the potential electrical damage that
squirrels can cause - There is NO EXTRA CHARGE for this service!
